The dress needs adjustable straps on the back. My wife is a small and she has a D cup. We purchased a small and it fit except the straps. We then purchased a medium and the straps are still to tight. We found a bra that is the same color and had our tailor remove the straps and sew the adjustable bra straps on. The manufacturer could easily accommodate this.
