I was excited for this dress to arrive after reading all the reviews, but unfortunately their experiences have not been mine which is very disappointing.
When the dress arrived, it was obviously thrown into a tiny bag and had been opened by someone else. Mirror pieces were broken and falling off. Also, the size Medium is huge, and does not fit per their size chart. In attempting to exchange this dress for a small, I am being met with nothing but issues. Customer Service is advising that I have the dress altered rather than just exchanging it. When I do not agree to that, they tell me they will send me a new one if I pay $80 more dollars for them to do so. I'm not sure where in the US it costs $80 to ship something so small.
I'm still dealing with this issue after 4 days, and has not been resolved to this point. Now, I am out $220, have no dress for my upcoming event and am extremely frustrated. I assumed from their reviews that everything would go smoothly, but that absolutely has not been the case.
Previous reviews were right about the pain peeling off each sticker - took about 2 hours, but then it was amazing. I did a show, and it was absolutely marvelous!
The one downside of this dress is that each piece of embellishment has a protective film on it that needs to be peeled off. I spent HOURS peeling them off. Once that’s done, however, the dress is gorgeous.

Every single mirror has a plastic film covering which has to be removed individually! It took over two hours to do and then you see more that were missed! Infuriating to say the very least.
