My review is a bit long, but I want to provide an accurate account of the ordering / delivery process and sizing, because many of the other reviews did not provide that type of detailed information.

Sizes:
This was the first time I ordered from this site and ordered 3 dresses.
I reviewed their delivery times to Canada and double checked my measurements against the measurements for each dress on their website before placing my order. For the dresses I ordered, it said if you were between measurements to size up. I was surprised I would need an XL because by North American standards I wear Medium (sized between and 8 or 10). Word of Note: make sure to check your measurements against the sizing they recommend on their website. I contacted the company and wanted to confirm the dress size I ordered was correct and provided my measurements. I asked if I should have ordered size large instead of the XL for the 3 dresses.

They responded quickly and thanked me for providing my measurements and they suggested I stay with my original XL order. Thankfully I did because once they arrived (about another 8 business days later) they all fit like a glove and there was no need for any tailoring.

Delivery:
There was little in the way of follow up or shipping information after my initial purchase. Approximately 12 business days later I reached out to the company to inquire when I could expect my delivery and which company they use for delivery. They were fairly prompt in returning my inquiry and said they would be shipping my parcel within a few days.

I asked them if they could provide me the name of the delivery service so I could watch out when the package would be delivered. Unfortunately they did not provide that information, but because I ordered using the Shop app, I was able to track when it would arrive. They do not use a shipping company known within North America (ie: FedEx, UPS, DHL etc) and the package was ultimately delivered using a "last mile" delivery service. I saw when they delivered the package and it was a car with no markings of the delivery company.

Dresses and accessories:
All of the dresses were very beautiful and the detail of each dress was very well made. I wore one of the dresses earlier this week to an event and I can't tell you how many people commented on the dress and how beautiful it was. As I noted earlier, the dress fit me perfectly and the sizing was accurate.

As part of my purchase, I also ordered 2 pairs of earrings. The pair of earrings that were recommended for the dress I wore were really interesting and very nice, but they were much bigger than I expected and since the position of the pierced ear post, they did not sit properly on my ears (they flopped to the side and back of my ear). I will repurpose them as either a necklace, headband or shoe clips.

Because I ordered a number of dresses, I got a fairly good discount on all the dresses and the accessories ended up being free.

Love it, fits well..can’t wait for an event to wear it
