5'3 135 lbs. Got a medium. Pretty stretchy, could have also gotten a small and it would have worked! Taking off the little plastic pieces was a job though! I timed it. It took 2 hours. A pain? YES. Worth it? YES. It's not the most comfortable dress in the world, you feel the little plastic pieces, I wore a body suit under and it really wasn't bad. VERY sturdy. Danced all night and had no issues.
I wore this for my 40th. Everyone I walked by had to look and I got a lot of compliments . The dress is beautiful. As I was peeling the protective coverings off I noticed some flaws( glue) but the dress still served. It is made well overall. It is much tougher than you may think. Be careful but don’t be afraid to move. It fit perfectly. I’m a little over 5’5” and I weight ~138. I ordered a medium. Peeling all the coverings off was tedious but just roll down from corner and peel the rest off. We worked as a team. One person rolled using a disposable glove and then I came behind them and took the rest off.
This dress is beautiful. But taking off the plastic from each mirrored piece was time consuming and if I had known beforehand I probably wouldn’t have purchased the dress. But beautiful nonetheless!
