I honestly have no idea how all of these dresses have 5 stars. If I could give this dress a zero I would.
Ordered the dress, very excited when it got delivered. Opened up the package to find first the lace back of the dress was made out of a shoe lace to tie it up. Additionally, the elastic where the waste was, was broken. The dress in my opinion was very cheaply made and they are marking up the dresses very high for such poor quality. I sent an email with photos and asked for a full refund with my money back and they actually asked me if I can take it to a tailor have it fixed and then let them know what the price is. I have never in my life received a request like that from an online store. Once I was not have with that, they then offered a 50% gift card of what I paid for a damaged dress!!!!!! Repeatedly, I asked for a full refund and went back and forth through email until I finally had to go through my bank to get my money back and send them the email correspondence and photos. I will never order from this website again. It’s literally a scam. The dresses are overpriced for the quality.
